Declaration

The report should include a signed ‘declaration’ of authorship and originality which states how far the work contained in the report is your own work

The table of contents must provide a title and page number for each chapter/section and subsection of the report. Page numbers should be entered against every item in the table of contents and headings should be differentiated using a numbering

This should list, with page numbers, all the schematics, photographs, photocopies, diagrams,

Checklist:

Is it concise, succinct of about one page max?

Are objectives of work available, succinctly review the problem?
